You need to start investing more time into those things which are important in your life such as spending time with friends or doing a certain hobby. These will then lead to personal growth and happiness for you.

Through personal and spiritual happiness you find that you are better able to deal with the world outside in a better and constructive way. It is through being able to know oneself and then tuning in to your own needs that will ultimately lead to happiness you are seeking.
